3. User Accounts and Registration

3.1 Account Creation

To access certain services, you must create an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

3.2 Account Security

4. Booking and Scheduling

4.1 Session Bookings

All virtual consultations and training sessions must be booked in advance through our platform. Availability is subject to our professionals' schedules and may vary by timezone. We will confirm your booking via email and provide you with session access details.

4.2 Cancellations and Rescheduling

You may cancel or reschedule a booked session up to 24 hours before the scheduled time without penalty. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may result in forfeiture of the session fee. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule sessions due to unforeseen circumstances, in which case you will receive a full refund or alternative scheduling options.

4.3 No-Show Policy

If you fail to attend a scheduled session without prior notice, the session will be considered a no-show, and the full session fee will be forfeited. Repeated no-shows may result in restrictions on future bookings.

5. Payment Terms

5.1 Pricing

All prices for services and training programs are listed in U.S. Dollars and are subject to change without notice. Current pricing will be displayed at the time of booking or purchase.

5.2 Payment Methods

We accept payment via major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods as indicated on our platform. Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise specified for training programs offering payment plans.

5.3 Taxes

You are responsible for any applicable sales tax, value-added tax (VAT), or other taxes or duties based on your location. Such taxes will be calculated and added to your total at checkout where applicable.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

8. Virtual Services Disclaimer

Our services are provided remotely via video conferencing technology. The quality of your experience may be affected by factors outside our control, including internet connectivity, device compatibility, and environmental conditions.

Our skincare consultations and recommendations are educational in nature and do not constitute medical advice. We are not licensed dermatologists or medical professionals. 9. Professional Training Programs

9.1 Certification

Completion of our training programs may result in a certificate of completion issued by GlowAura Beauty. This certification represents successful participation in our educational program but does not constitute a professional license. Students are responsible for obtaining any required licenses or certifications from regulatory authorities in their jurisdiction.
